Shipping & Delivery
Goods will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days and any dispatch date is an estimate, which can change without notice. Dispatch may be delayed in accordance of unpredictable circumstances. These might include things such as our designers not delivering the good to us, accidents, breakdowns, fire, severe weather, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We are not responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.
The estimated delivery date of the products will be stated in your order confirmation email. If you do not receive an estimated delivery date from us, and the the delivery is delayed because of events beyond our reasonable control, we will try and arrange for your products to be delivered as soon as possible, but we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of such delay.
If no one is available at your address to sign for your order, our delivery partner will leave you a note and you will need to contact them to rearrange delivery.
Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the products and your delivery address. Delivery times, including for Same Day delivery, are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
If there is no one to accept the order on the scheduled delivery date, the goods may be returned to us and we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery
Please check the goods as soon as you receive them - anything found to be missing or damaged should be notified to us at the time of delivery within two working days.
Delivery will be to the address specified by you when ordering. If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the EU, please check what taxes or duties may apply. As we do not know and cannot control what charges you may have to pay once the Product(s) reach the destination country.
Here are your delivery options:
- If you purchase products for delivery to an international destination. We will charge for delivery accordingly and your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the package reaches that destination.
- Please find out for more information on duties and taxes. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you breach any such laws.
- Please contact your local customs office for further information and a “landed cost estimate” before placing your order.
Next Working Day Courier Service
In order to receive this service, all orders need to be placed before 11AM the working day before (excludes orders placed on weekends and bank holidays). Should the buyer place their order after 11 am, it will be dispatched the next working day for delivery the following working day. If there are any issues resulting in CeCeFinery Company being unable to dispatch for Next Working Day the buyer will be informed by telephone in the first instance and then by email if we are unable to reach you or leave a message. Please note that during busy periods, like Christmas there could be a delay in our courier delivering. Next working day is therefore NOT a GUARANTEED SERVICE.
Unfortunately the Next Working Day service is not applicable to Highlands, Islands, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Channel Islands, other remote parts of the United Kingdom and international deliveries. Please note; this does not apply to weekends or bank holidays.
Standard Courier Service – 2-5 Working Days
CeCeFinery will endeavour to dispatch goods that are in stock as soon as possible, however if you are in a rush to receive your order please before 11AM and select Next day delivery at check out.. If you are to choose the courier option for delivery please do ensure someone is there to receive the parcel. Should you need to leave any delivery instructions please do so at the checkout process in the ‘Special Instructions for seller' field. There will then be an additional charge to resend the items or we will refund the cost of the goods only. When ordering, please ensure you put a company name and right address where applicable. The courier company goes on company names more than building numbers, especially if you are located in a building with lots of companies. CeCefinery Ltd cannot be held liable for any consequential losses incurred, where deliveries are delayed or the incorrect items are sent.
Overseas orders are dispatched via Post office, Fed-Ex or Interlink and can take between 2 and 7 days depending on your location. Please email your order to us at firstname.lastname@example.org . We will then come back to you with a postal cost as soon as possible. Once an order has been made with CeCefinery Ltd, no changes can be made after 1pm.
Customs & Import Duties
If an item ships to you from a different country, customs and import duties may be levied by your local government. All additional customs and import duties are the responsibility of the person purchasing. This can range from 20% to 40% of the order value.
